    Sweet truck. Its soo straight. Love the centre console! Whats the off set on those rear wheels? Will they tuck ok with a bodydrop without narrowing the rear end?

    Thanks! And I'm pretty sure I'll have to narrow the rear end, I just told Raceline I wanted the biggest lip possible on the 10" wide wheel.

    Older rear ends were narrower and the same pumpkin guts. Find one from a 3rd or 4th gen 2wd for your 5th gen. No need to narrow it.

    Ya that's what I've heard. Wonder if it's hard at all to find one in good condition?

    They would be in the junk yards. If memory serves correct the widths drum to drum is as follows;

    69-78: 53"
    79-83: 55"
    84-88: 57"
    89-95: 58.5"

    You get the idea though. Figure out which of those you need and you're good. Swap you center pumpkin 3rd into that housing and you're good.

    Looks like "Brunette Beauty" is dead, brown is just too popular nowadays. Got some cooler ideas in store for it that will make it stand out more from the rest.

    Getting my tires mounted this coming week and will be dropping it off to Precision Installs the following week to get a game plan going then start on the real work.

    crazy how color trends come and go, especially while your in the middle of your build. good thing you didnt lay down any paint yet! one color ive come to like that i havent seen so much is the green off the new jeeps. kinda like a baby s**t green imho but it looks nice when laid out right.

    Sorry for the lack of updates! Waiting on Precision Installs to finish the frame table for it. Hope I don't have to continue playing the waiting game with this guy too.

    Really the only updates since my last post are getting the tires mounted and got a couple more parts, including Specialty Suspension's one piece aluminum air tank

    Thanks dude but I'm not a huge motor guy and don't really feel like going through all that with this one. I plan to dress up the stock motor and maybe do a cool aluminum engine cover but if it goes out I'll probably do a swap.

    Also still playing around with paint ideas but I'll come up and post a final when it gets closer to that time...which is far away lol. Considering going back with brown but got a couple other main colors in mind.
