Good Find! Around my area, I'd be lucky to find a truck for that cheap even considering the damages. Most people still sell trucks like that, crashed in my area for $1500+

well I picked up the parts today. Got the door in mint condition 10 out of 10 for 100 bucks, and it came with an alligator skin door panel ! lol I also go the cab for 250, not so bad I guess... and I bought a welder finally ! I got a lincoln weld pak 100hd for 170 with a nice mask. I really wanted a bigger miller mig but I didnt have the extra money, I still need to paint my titan in a few weeks so I had to save some money... they do have the mig conversion for 70 bucks without a tank. thinking about getting it...Im going to start working on the truck tomorrow and I will post plenty of pictures !

got the door on last night, mosquitos were tooo bad to keep going so i gave up... did a lot of yard work today and ran out of time.. hopefully going to finish the cab sometime this week before saturday, but good news is I put a tag on it and insured it ! :)

after that body work, roll pan, front end swap from like a 02 to 04 taco I think ? and im going to attempt to do a bad ass 50 dollar rustoleum paint job.

javi is the floor pans pushed in at all?

if not i'd just drill out the spot weld holding the inner rockers to the floor pan and get to fitting in the donor. i try to drill through the damaged stuff, but on the donor i like to grind the weld so there isn't a hole in the new and old pieces in the same spot.

also i highly recommend getting some gas hooked to the welder before you begin welding. it'll save you lots of headaches

the floor is pushed in a little, I can get more pics and take the seat and carpet out... what do you mean by grinding ? just grind from the back of the pinch weld ? the conversion kit is 70 bucks, I need to find a cheap tank.. every review I looked up they said just stick to flux, but idk...

well I finished my truck on thursday, ive been driving the sht out of it and 2 cars hit me tonight...there were about a dozen cars next to each other lined up on the side of the road and the cops came to make everyone leave a "unauthorized event" so every one got scurred and took off at the same time while I was driving in the right lane, so needless to say there is 1 less srt4 neon on the road lol... anyways, he got the ticket and its all his fault so I will be getting a pretty check and I will be doing either a 4 runner swap or doing a 04 taco front end swap...luckily I and my friends are A-OK, 2 police officers witnessed the event with their eyeballs, and I got to drive home lol.

you mean I hit them ? yeah i did but it was not my fault. he didnt yield to my right of way. or if your asking what happened look at the fourth picture, it shows exactly how we collided. he came into my lane from a dead stop on the side of the road without looking to see if anyone was coming..

Yup! That's what I gathered based on the 4th picture. You were clearly in the lane going straight and you can tell the SRT came into your lane along with that other car. Other peoples negligence and the one time they don't pay attention, throws other people into a bad situation.

Thanks for sharing! I'm also glad that you and your passengers are A-Ok!!!
