Well i always liked the 4runner bumper and valance more but i think everyone is doing that style now. But i think your 4runner would look sweet with the 4x4 bumper and valance.

I like the 4wd pickup front end, partially cause I have that on mine. And the 4runner front end is over-done on minitrucks. On the other hand, it is a 4runner.

I think this is kind of interesting, depends on the look you are going for though.

If not to your taste though I personally prefer the full metal valance of the 4x4.

Im running the 4x4 bumper/valance on my truck now, but Ive got all the stuff to do the 4-runner swap, so thats soon lol! Since you have the 4-runner Id do the 4x4 bumper just to be different! :waytogo:

    So I went with a bumper from a 96 4runner..

Also move the battery to the rear cargo bin.
I'm using a battery from a Integra for its size. Perfect fit!!!

    Qa1's

im pretty happy with them. the truck no longer rides like a truck. I went a lil over board on the coilovers and got the ones with double rebound and compression adjustment. Well worth the extra money. its so smooth im still in shock... still need to get an alignment done...

The checklist seems to grow more and more each time...

How hard was that bumper to line up and put on? Did it bolt right up? DDo you have a pic from the side?

the mounting points of the 96+ bumpers sit about 1.5 wider than on the 89-95. so step plates would need to be made to mount it. ill take a pic of the mounts on the weekend when i have a chance to work on the truck again...
