Take the bumper off to change out the grille &/or headlights? You shouldn't have to, mine came off with out touching the bumper.

 

only time you need to remove the bumper is when you crunch your bumper brackets

 

so you only need to take out the grille?

 

yup,and the corner lights. Remove the corners first.
