Got hit in the passenger side of the bed this afternoon the wheel took most of it but the bed got scuffed it tacoed the wheel so it looks like I'll be re building my 3 piece's again

Sucks!!! I'm always scared when driving my yota insurance won't pay **** all they do is total it done deal

 

Yup I've dumb drivers have totalled my little beast three time and every time I buy it back and fix it again I want armor plating

Bummer man. Did it mess up the flared wheel lip on the bed too?

 

Scratched the bedside and folded the lip on my wheel now I need to glaze the bedside and get new barrels for the rear

 

Sucks man but it will bounce back . No time flat .

Damn and those rims fit that flair nicely.I came back from a crash and it fkn sucked.insurance called it totaled and gave me $1200 after I argued them up from $700.I took it to help buy the bed and had to spend from the pocket for the rest.now I hardly take the truck in fear of somebody hitting me again.

Probably the worst thing about getting hit is the flashbacks! When I was rear ended I watched it all happen in my mirror and ever since then when people come up from behind it makes me cringe.. Atleast I didn't have to fix much and got a decent amount from it

 

bummer dude sorry to hear :-/ I guess its a risk we take riding these minis so low, people just over look us.

Ive literally been rear-ended and backed into 4 times, twice in a drive-thru and twice parked in a parking spot. Im just fortunate my bumpers have been the ones to take the blow and not any of my panels.

 

Yea I does suck and I cringe when people fly up on my ass at a light too definitely not the first time I've been hit just glad it was a car and not a truck hitting me. Been T boned by f350 with a trailer of stone and a flatbed loaded down and had a full size dodge rear end me and ended up on top of my bed and tailgate as if I were a tow truck so this one is nothing compared to the others but I'll probably have to get a lawyer by the time this is over

That's some bummer stories. I've been backed into at gas stations, and am almost crashed into all the time. People look right over these tiny trucks.

You can also do what I do when tail gaters don't take a brake check warning. Huck a handful of broken spark plug ceramic out the window behind you. If their windshield survives they're lucky

sent it out today said it would take two days to straighten out because it a 3 peice so i should get it back friday and have it in time for a lowrider show this weekend and im going to pay my early registration for the slammed society show in fort worth yes i feal like im walking again and will soon be runing full speed again
