    Does the turbo clear the hood? I can't tell from the angle.

    Yeah it does, not _that_ much space between, but just enough.

    sweet little setup though. i dont know what gearing you have in the rear, or how little diesels compare to big ones on the ratio they like, but you can find a 3.07ish rear on the 4cyl trucks that had a 4 speed. most were an 8" diff.

    5 speed, 8" LSD rear and I think the gearing is 4.3

    isnt that going to wanna rev out the first few gears at a pretty low MPH? or do the little diesels have a higher redline than the fullsize truck ones?

    MK2 supras had varying ratio LSDs available stock. i think as low as a 3.7. junkyard finds.

    Redline is 4800rpm :D and yes the top speed isnt very high, however over here I can legally do about 60mph on highway, because its a truck:looney: (not in the USA)

    as for supra rear ends, no luck finding such in junkyards over here.

    Where are you located? Nice build up. We do not see many diesel Toyota trucks over here:( It would be cool after your done to get some dyno numbers for that little beast.

    Mostly 5 speeds I guess, havent put much throught on it. W52 or W56

    sweet. should work good as long as you have fresh/good door seals. i thought about it with mine, but i like them too much. haha. i like my truck like my women, with drip rails. :ROFL:
