nice work man! and I see the timing chain job.. I remember mine! guides were obliterated! and please don't tell me you're using a fram filter... for an extra buck or two you can get a Bosch filter from autozone and that'd upgrade you from paper cardboard internals to a better synthetic media.
Ya it wasnt easy. It was stuck real good but i pulled it apart alittle at a time with the help of a flat head. Ya my guides where gone. They where in the oil pan. I have always used fram since my first car. Never had a problem.
where i used to work, on a 900HP S/C'ed motor they ran double fram oil filters on there. i never herd of them having problems. IDK. everyone has preferences i guess.
Just gave her the simple normal antifreeze right now. Just cause i had it laying around. But there was so much mud in the lines and the old radiator. it was nasty. Was easy but i was just lazy to do it. I will be changing the fluid again to toyota red.
Well its been awhile since i been on and posted anything, just been real busy. But i did pick up some new shoes for free. Cant beat that price. There 18's. Then i threw on some blocks on the back so it wasnt so high up anymore.
I also made the trip to Arizona for the WCN. Took my truck on its first long road trip and i do gotta say i was very impressed. Ran great all the way there and back. No problems. It was a awesome show. Then on the way back i seen this!!!!!! Some midget off road trucks. Pretty cool i thought.
I took the steelies to arizona cause those ones had better tires on them and i also had a matching spare, Thanks to Yankeetaco. Thanks guys.
