so havent been able to do much on my own stuff lately , so It was nice today , when I found some time ..

built a smoothie cowl and got it trimmed

then I started on the flip front

cut the fenders in 1/2 , so they would be easier to work with ..
trimmed off the mount flanges , and "fit" them to the body .. got everything where I wanted , pulled it off , and glassed it

re installed , and "fit the bottom 1/2 of the fenders .. pulled it off , and glassed it

got the bed sides built .. OBVIOUSLY .. it's just "sitting there" just to get an "idea"

The rim/tire size is way to big .. to much offset .. so I need to at least throw on the OE stockers , to continue
and I'm thinkin a "bob" cuz it just seems to long ?

I think for the bob, maybe do what the hot rod guys do and measure the length from the front of the wheel well to the front of the bed and then shorten the rear panel to match that length so that the center of the wheel is pretty well at the exact center of the bed.

I'd love to have those America wheels and OG radial t/a's holy blast from the past batman!

I like the body mods you've done, that thing is fawking sick. 10" is pretty close to perfectly symmetrical almost like the factory should have done them from the start.

thats exactly what i was thinking .. might interfer with the fuel cell though , so gotta see . hoping to get some stock tires on it this week end , so i can get the bed more in the position it is supose to be .. and then "go from there"
