Jesus christ where did you find some 18" wide wheels?

check the center bore on the wheel, probably smaller than what will fit the truck. Probably arent even sitting flush on the hub.

Ooh ok. Yea check the center bore. You may be able to just run some 1" bolt on spacers and be good

Does the wheel "rock" when you put it on?

The wheel center hole may be smaller than the wheel flange "concentric ring", the raised part in the hub center. I believe it's what Jetas is eluding to. If the wheel doesn't seat flush on the hub face without force it just won't fit. Don't try to force it by tightening the lugs, you'll just destroy the axle hub and the wheel.

One way you can check compatibility is by referencing the vehicle the wheels came off and comparing it with your vehicle.

for example, Honda Civic hub size is 64.1mm, and Toyota Corolla hub is 54.1mm.

    Your hub should be 67.1mm

I had a couple of 18" wide wheels, made nice clocks for the garage.

Daaayummmm at 18" wide you got more grip in 1 wheel then I do on all 4 corners!! Hahahah

Jokes aside, you can get extended studs pressed in as long as you get the right thread pitch and stud diameter. Many shops have them, or you can just hunt on Amazon/eBay once you know the spec you need. Sounds like the center bore is the issue here so you best bet probably will be using spacers to get around that issue and flush the wheel to the body..

What car did the wheels in question come off of? Is the bolt pattern the same?

18” wide wheel? On a mini? If you’re an actually trying to fit ans 18” wide wheel I’d bet you’re hitting the inner fender, leaf spring, etc…wheel size generally has nothing to do with stud length. Can you post a pic?

^^^ good point. NTo3 can be 10" wide, with tires and a lot of positive offset you could be running into frame/suspension contact issues.. not allowing the wheel to sit flush on the hub..

Highly doubt Enkei has an 18" wide wheel.
Bolt pattern or center bore are the most obvious thing to look at.

After sole thinking, considering they are aftermarket wheels I have to assume the bore is big enough. Curious as to what the bolt pattern is

You can get longer studs at most parts stores, remove one of yours & take with you.
I had to get longer studs as using different brake hubs!

Only reasons I've ever come across that needed longer studs were in using spacers or in class rules. I haven't come across an aftermarket wheel that needed longer studs.

Do you have the center caps on? On my 73 I can't run the center caps for my work wheels in front. As far as I know those wheels have a 73mm bore so you should be good.

Just for reference this is a 16” wide wheel, had 6” added to it by Weldcraft in Michigan. I’m guessing OP meant an 18” diameter wheel that is wide, not 18” wide.

For the most part we're just ribbing on the 18" width thing.
