i use my stock loom and flip it. im going try a flip the motor loom to but i might run in to more problems. the big one now is the clutch master dose not fit, it hit the intake. i look a round aus. and the UK and it seen that they didnt make a 22re in a RHD. heres mine[IMG][IMG] it fits without the EGR [IMG]

Ditch the EGR, I did on my 22re. Still ran fine. I ended up stretching the harness to get the steering on right and a/c on left. I should have flipped the entire harness and repinned the blinkers.

Do you have the cab wiring? I always wondered what it looked like.

I checked ebay.com.au and found a center link. I need one of them too.

1 CENTER DRAG LINK TOYOTA HILUX 2WD 88-97 SEE DETAIL (eBay item 180561309105 end time 14-Dec-10 18:51:15 AEDST) : Cars, Bikes, Boats

Here's a box. I would ask these guys, maybe they have non-power if thats what you need. The power boxes are $$ cuz lots of Aus doods convert. I have manual.

Toyota Hilux 22R 2WD Power Steering Conversion Kit (eBay item 220692166118 end time 04-Dec-10 19:29:37 AEDST) : Cars, Bikes, Boats

Oh, I took the idler and just mounted it on the left side. Two of the holes lined up, 1 didn't since it was backwards. Then I drilled it and put the bolt in. I also cut the 3rd ear off the frame for the box and moved it to the right side.

Get a clutch master from an 85 and delete the EGR and you're probably good to go.

Or for what it's worth you can use a Tacoma Steering rack in front of the wheels and it will turn the right way and be RHD. Tacos are usually LHD and behind the wheels.
