how did you flare your bed ? just push the bracket out thats all ??? and drill a new hole ?? will this make my bed look any different ??
there the 2 bracket in the wheel well. they already have the holes. i used a tie strap and pulled the bed side from the lower bracket so it was not tunching the bed side, and pulled it to a pole in my shop. them i bolted it back in on the anther hole. i pull from the bracket closest to the back of the bed, once that bolt was in i took the strap off and bolted the anther one. it just move the bed side out one inch. as for the look of the bed you don't really see a differents an less it next to the same truck
ok so it wont crack my paint or anything... I think im going to look into doing this tomorrow, if i have time, and taking a leaf out...
screw it.. gunna try it.. I really want the ass to get lower... know where i can find a how to on removing rear leafs ?
the mirror on the fender is a RHD parking mirror that can not be moved. it looks at the side of the truck and the ground. so i can use it to park on the wrong side of the road.lol
im going to start skining the RHD front end. that way i can finger out how it will take to skin my truck.
Where did you get the RHD clip? I got my steering box from Australia and made the firewall, but I don't have any of the interior parts. I've been wondering how to source these bits. -Ryan
i just sold one to a friend. but i get them from the import company, in the Los Angeles area. they both came from guys that were putting the diesel motors in. they had the ship for 3000 and all they want is the motor. so i get the rest. i come by them all the time. they vary in prices. some place want 900. but it can vary. i got one for 75 and one for 250
I think one of the best things about RHD is that once you're parked at the pump, you don't have to walk around the truck to get to the gas door.
