work on the intake a little. it going to be so sick f the EGR now i need to weld it up tomorrow

 

That manifold does look sick smoothed out. I thought about that but didn't know the correct what to knock all the metal down and still keep it "stock" looking. Though about having a machine shop do it but very expensive.

i cut one tab off and i still need to cut this one off and the one on the back

 

I do look at this stuff, I just don't comment so much. Lol. But damn, your metal finishing is awesome.

 

got rid of the casting seams in it today

 

its done on my side. now it needs to go get polished.

 

i might weld up the tube like this but im not sure.

 

It looks smooth like that, but I think it looks better being able to see both intake runners. Just my thought though.

Damn thts a tough one. I like the smooth look but then again I like seeing the

I'm going to leve it. Going to drop it off to get tumbled and brushed, this next week

 

What is your process to shave and smooth these types of things? Your work is amazing. I am saving up for that valve cover idea btw and will be contacting you shortly for that...
