You should start a build thread for it when you get pic.

Sweet! Welcome to the site and nice find on your new truck! However I have to chime in for a minute about the not wanting to bag it but make it low for your bike. In my opinion a correctly setup air ride suspension would be a lot more kind to your truck, your bike and yourself than a static drop. Im going to assume you have either a street bike or a dual sport either way once you get about 400+ in the back of that truck the bags would be a very nice thing to have to level out the truck and along with stiffer shocks and such would act just like a ride right system they would use in larger trucks. You wouldnt even have to cut the bed up at all. Sorry I had a 4/5" drop in my ext cab and even with new shocks, bumpstops etc when I put my Ninja in the back to take to the shop it didnt feel very good at all hitting a bump or rut.

Thanks I am trying to decide if i am going to keep blue or do a flate white or black with a pearl.

You got anything in mind. im not trying to lay frame or nothing that. Probably a 3 or 4 inch drop all around would make me smile.

Edit: Wouldnt a full air bag system just for a few inches be a waste?

My truck is championship white flat with house of colors satin clear it reflects very little from a distance and close up u can catch a little glare ...don't really dig it but it will work fo now

As far as your drop drop spindles and ball joint flip and beef tacos 3 inch blocks with some shocks all around will make ya sit pretty nice. Still retain a pretty decent ride quality

In somes opinion yes, however I feel static drop with the ability to haul hefty loads in superb comfort would almost cost the same as doing a simple bag setup! I wasnt figuring anything fancy on the bags and you'd be pleased with the smoothness of the ride and handling with even 2 bikes in the back. Yes you can make it ride nice with a static drop If you do it correctly. I know a few will chime in saying their truck rides good with a load on a good drop but not as nice as if it was bagged!! My opinion of course. I have had numerous static dropped as well as air assisted suspension in everything from cars to full size trucks and I can say air ride makes a HUGE difference.

Euro is right air is like a cloud .and I'm one to say my static drop cannot haul much it was struggling with my cbr 1000 and two gear bags and 6 gallons of gas but I'm mono leaf with no air shock

I just have one bike (for now). But I gotta a few remodeling projects going on at my house as well. And to be able to haul what I can without any issues would be great. So if any has a setup idea or whatever that wont cause me to less the use of my bed or as little if any modification to the frame.

Drop spindles for the front and a two inch block or three inch on the back you'll still be able to haul some stuff around

I meant a air bag setup...But imma do the setup you suggested scrub and see how it is. If worst comes to worst and I dont like it I can always sell the drop spindles and keep the shocks.

I would use drop spindals in the front with drop leafs in the back. Also some new shocks. You will get a real nice stiff ride with these. Air shocks are nice if you hook them up to a tank and compressor with a switch box to lower and raise the truck when you want. You wont have to cut the frame that way. How low do you want to go?

Dgerfan55 thats actually what I was thinking about doing in the beginning. I dont wanna go crazy low. Somewhere between 3 and 5 inches. I believe the truck is already lowered. Ill have to snap a better side view. The ride isnt bad if it already is but when you hit bumps and dips and crap you can feel it. Damn near broke my neck one day. (ok maybe not that bad but it hurt.)

Ok i know you can put some drop spindals on the front and do a BJ flip and turn the torsions down alittle. For the back go with drop leafs and 2in blocks. Also all 4 brand new drop shocks. Shoud ride nice and stiff. But if you want to go lower then that you are going to need to c notch the back. But if your going to be towing then i would leave the 2in blocks out and just run the drop leafs. You shouldnt have no problems.

Thanks man. I'm not sure if I am going to towing but I do wanna have that option available to me. So I think I'm just gonna try out the drop leaf springs and air shocks or bags in the back first and see how I like it.
