Has anyone had problems logging into the the live chat? It just keeps looping for me and says incorrect password or username.

hmm yeah I still cant log in. Maybe cuz im a vendor? I had similiar issues in the past but very minor and had to contact jeff about it. he found a small error last time and after he fixed it then everything worked fine.

 

I've had no problems.

i dont it's CAPS sensitive for the username is it?
