You could always wrap it. I too looked for a carbon hood and havent found one yet. This seems kind of cool-

There's a carbon fiber place near my buddy's machine shop, I've been toying with the idea of talking to them to see what it would cost to make one. I know though, that the first is the most expensive....

I tend to like painted carbon fiber.... like airplanes lol. it also protects the resin underneath from UV damage.

Carbon fiber hoods... eh, should just paint it.... sleeper? sleeper with 112hp lolol

    I don't know what you're asking lol.
Would I paint it? Most likely. I understand some carbon fiber trim here and there, but with a minitrucker's budget, i don't think it'd be nice to recoat CF multiple times. the CF found on exotics is generally the dry type, one that would last some more in sunlight, but then, you park an exotic in the garage.

Would I have a carbon fiber hood, fender, bed, and cab? haha that'd be sick, but having it in natural state may attract alot of unwanted attention (speaking of which, like my hood? j/k j/k)

If I ever get cf hood for my truck, I'm painting the majority of it
