Well my brother beats on cars bad then gets another one... so I get them for free fix them then sale them, and I paid 500 for a 97 4x4 pathfinder that has fixable front end damage... waiting on the title on that, I will make decent money on that, people think those are gold. This 80s 4x4 truck I paid 240 for and it has a blown up 22r, im dropping a 20r I have in a parts truck in it. and I have 2 or 3 friends that already want it. Ive sold a good bit of cars in the past. I want to get in it big time, buy higher bracket cars, maybe some ls400s for around 1000 or more and sell for extra 1000 at a time after I fix little things on them, clean them up. I dont know.

I was thinking about keeping my eye open for some Cragars, just because I remember them being *the* wheels to have about the time my truck was new...but can;t imagine what they'd look like on the Hilux.

Looked good on my Camaro back then, for sure!

"Newbie" here and was reading your post. I was having the same problem with my stock linkage and finally got feed up and went to a cable type linkage. Had to fab a bracket and get a later model (used) cable and do a bit of welding but, what a difference! Its so nice now not having to constantly fool around with that crappy linkage. I'll post a pick of my set-up. And, I agree about going to a weber I went with the 32/36 vacuum secondary type and it works pretty good!
