Bent bracket mounts.

    probably. another thing that would probably work is to put some pressure on it with the explorer. not really pull but just some pressure, then hit it with a hammer. the shock from hitting it should let the pressure do the rest.

    i would take the bumper off.

    straghten the actuall bumper brackets.


    then remove the grill and anything else thats in the way and hit the frame bumper brackets with a hammer.


    but it also looks like one of them started to tear, so bending it back will make it tear more. and either way you've lost some stregnth there.




    know anybody with a welder?




    or....


    just bend the bumper brackets so it looks straight and be happy.

    I'll ask my dad's friend Randy... He's got dad's old welder. Problem is he travels alot.
