So I took my blocks out cuz come to find out my exhaust would slap my axle. But not to worry I'm putting them back in, I'm just going to machine them down to 2". I didn't want my exhaust to wear a hole in it. Need to do some adjustments on it.
WTF? Fix the tail pipe and leave the blocks at 3". You could probably gain enough clearance by just tweaking the hangers up a bit.
Ya know what your right. I'll just go get some 1/4" rod and weld up some better hangers. I should have done that at the start.
If you have a welder just grab a couple bends from the auto parts store and raise the arch over the axle.
UPDATE!!!!! Ha ha sorry CAPS was on lol. Any whooo fixed my exhaust and finally put in the spacers and my 3" blocks are back in. Yay! If any of ya want to know what washers I used here they are 12mm, and a pic or two.... Are these 4WD fenders? I've never changed them I was just wondering cuz my 18s tuck nicely.
No those are the 2wd fenders. The 4wd have a flare like the bed does. And the corner lights have the point up top. Truck looks good, now adjust the torsions and get it level
Thanks. Ha ha I should have known about the fenders, duh. I'll have to do some torsional tweeking. I like a little rake but not the wrong direction.
