    Thanks.

Still have a ways to go, but it's coming together nicely.

It's picked up so much power now. I love the new addition.

I could of swore I asked you a question but I looked back and I could not find it. Anyway, did you put the renforcement plates on the inside of the rear frame? Where the rear bag brackets are mounted...?

Yes, I think the rails were boxed in, but I added a plate. I used 1/4" plates and welded them in all the way around. I think in post #13 you can see the plates and welds.

Not sure if I missed this but are you body dropped? You truck looks so low. I have been toying with the notion to do a stock floor body drop and I was thinking about cutting two inches off the bottom of the frame to lay rocker. What do you think about that?

No, no body drop here. While it would look a bit better, I'm 6"4" and can't spare any head room. And a stock floor body drop would be out of what I'm willing to spend for the extra 1" or so.

I would stay away from trimming the frame rails because of the stresses involved. You could box it enough to support the weight of the truck, but the extra stresses involved in actual driving would probably lead to the scrap heap.

Ordered the Turbonetics T3 Super 60 today. With a .48 AR turbine, it should spool a bit quicker than the .63 AR T3/T4 thats on it now.

After I figure out what I'm doing for (or in leu of...) an intercooler, then it'll be time to schedule some dyno time.

So let me ask you, with how nice your work is, as far as the finish of your truck's frame, how does it look now? I live were it snows and since mine will be a daily, I am afraid of what that might do to my frame. Do you drive your truck often in the weather or only on fair weather conditions? How does your frame compare now to theses pictures. I can already see me being the only person at the car wash when it is below 32ยบ outside. I am even considering a tilt bed just so I can clean it better.

P.S. I am almost done with my rear setup. :waytogo:

My truck is my daily. Can't stress that enough. It has little rock chips and scratches from all the abuse I put it through. Because I used rustoleum, it has faded a bit, but no rust to speak of. I'd say the condition is pretty good overall. I do get under there on occasion and wash it down and check on things.

It's not the 4 link, but the driveshaft and stuff were painted around the same time as the rest of the rear. The frame rails forward near the transmission are still in factory paint for the most part.

Did you paint your rear suspension set-up assembled or apart? I don't want to get paint on the bushings or any areas where paint will wear off. And I was just wondering what you did.

Are you planning to sell the old turbo afterwards?

I probably could sell the old turbo. It's a Chinese made eBay model. I can tell you all I know about it if you are interested.

    NashMan, I'm listening...

Well air to water unite form pwr saves space Liquid To Air Intercoolers | PWR Performance Products or Run a water injection or 50/50 mix meth/water injection

both are rather stealth and what not plus you don't have to find away to stuff a inter cooler up front

I was just going to run 50/50 mix and run 87 ocatain for my truck and still be boosted and still run reg gas you can still do this running just water too but I would run 89 ocatain with that setup

Yeah, I'm looking at the Cooling Mist stage one kit. I'd rather run an air to air if I can figure out how to do it. I'm thinking I may have to build a custom intercooler.

As of right now, I'm running a little over 10 pounds of boost. It starts building boost at 2300 rpm and is at full boost before 3000. Intake air temps are still OK, but I want to go more boost.... Finally decided that my goal now is 275 whp.
