Well that trial conference was a joke! There was no conference. They basicly asked my plea again, gave me a public defender and another conference date. I think because they don't have all the info on what happened that night. They are goin by what was said by the jackass that signed the complaint against me. The dude didn't even show up!

Update!

Had the pretrial conference today. Went very well. The prosecutor made a deal for me to take a safe driving class and submit the paper saying I finished it to the judge and I'm done. No fines, fees, or court costs!
WOOOOHOOOO!!!!!

 

Oh man thats lucky since we will be scrapping that entire block this summer and any fool who rolls out into the road is gonna gets some sparxxx in the face as well and the sparks coming from our trucks LOL you know sparxxx the booze! Hmmm maybe its just me. Also lesson learned from my employee whos is getting locked up for involuntary manslaughter is if someone runs into the street and dies because they hit your car and nobody sees you keep going and call it a day. Yah thats right manslaughter for something he didnt even do. BS

If only these were the old days....An eye for an eye...Oh well...Good to know things worked out for you....I thought you were planning on doing a counter complaint against the two numb nuts...Although, when two people duke it out it can be a stress reliever. Im just saying..hehehe...
