Well my muffler is very blessed with holes right now it may be god loven and holly but it's going to hell

I have this glass pack rice muffler(it's shinney) and I amgoing to swap it on. I am not sure if it will sound good or not but why not try it. if it suck's I will pop on a cheapo muffler tell I do a proper setup

but free parts first I must say

all have pic's up in abit

Route that exhaust out the side or the back asap. I had my magnaflow end right where yours did. The bouncing around and the sad acoustics made it sound very unclean. Didn't help my drowsiness on long road trips either lol.

Well I install a 14 inc E fan today and got a bit more pep and cheep to boot

I am pretty happy how it turned out nice and clean as well

pulled studs out of the water pump pully flange and ran bolt's alot cleaner then using bunch of washer and nuts
    [IMG]

monted and installed the E fan I placed it on the bottom so the weight of the fan can sit on end tank. I ran a weather pack connector for power lead and just ran the ground lead to the rad flange mount some when I have to remove the rad it will be nice and easy

ps when useing the fan mounting strap's do not zip them on thread them on wail pulling on the cord to make it tight as possible or the fan will come loose and then after some time ware hole into your rads core)
this is oil cooler kit but same thing Flex-a-Lite Automotive Flex-a-liteĀ® oil cooler remount kit

Here is the fan switch I used it's off a honda and flip's on the fans at 180 I drilled and tap the brass fitting that is ntp and not bspt kinda odd????? on toyota. the location I used was were the thermo valve is for the gas tank vent for later models just use a plug

and wired it on the low side on my relay

This is were I monted my relay and fuse holder
    [IMG]

nice clean soder joint on 12 gauge wire
    [IMG]

over all I am very happy with this turn out very clean

    how I wired it

I ran the trigger aka coil on the relay hot at all times so when I leav my truck the fan can stay on tell it cools down and the fan switch breaks the connection instead of running it on ecc triggerd wire and haven to leav the key in

i can draw wireing diagram for any one that wants it

over all this was cheep to do and I am happy and still have 2 more toys to install

    stay tuned

That's a clean way to do it. You may find however that the fan runs more than you want it to. Typically you'd see the thermostat for the fan on the radiator itself so that if it was cooling enough with out the fan, it wouldn't kick on.

But, by doing it this way, it eliminates the mess associated with the other method.

I tired to find some thing that would thread into my drain plug for my rad but no dice later on when I can find a spare water neck all weld on a earl's aulim npt fitting if I have an issue

the Honda one turns on at 190/195, it's cold out here right now and my fan has yet to come on lol with out it just sitting for some time after a hard run.

I trust the stock gauge like lending money to meth head and expect to be paid back

so going to borrow my buddie's heat gun and cheak

Well time to mess with the truck some more

Well I was busy today made my self a cold air box and installed 82 supra afm (so happy I found one were I did not have to swap the boards like I do most of the time when I do the swap for other people)

any who here are some pic's it's not done yet I still have cut my hood and seal it to the hood as well but stay tuned

    all cut out
    [IMG]

    intake pipe
    [IMG]

finished for now it's beer time woot woot
    [IMG]

I still have to cut the hood and add in the some angle steel then run some weather stripping

truck goes pretty good all it needs is header I have mk3 supra throttle body to install still but I will wait tell I get a header since it wont do any thing with the pos stock exhaust manifold

    stay tuned

Would you make more of the intake boxes to sell? I like the design and look very much.

    Thanks guys

Da roach how much would ya pay for one ????

on second note went racing today and dam son I need bloody sway bars lol

Quote form one of the racers

"dude you have some much body roll a small child could fit in you wheel well"

I did ok I find, but had hard time staying in my seat and slamming my leg in the door to much roll

so now I am on the hunt for some sway bars and not going to bother with the 4runner tooth pick one ether and mabye a set of torsion bars

Do you guys have any sudjestions that will lead me int eh right path it's just so hard to look for what i want with out a 4x4 popping up or a slammed truck

all have pic's up son of the event
