Good choice on keeping the 6000k's. 8000k+ are so ghetto...IMO that is.

well not much has changed but tomorrow gonna see how much I get done

stuff on the list of things to do

install power steering (oh god I miss this so much)

    ball joint flip

relocate my rear leafs eye let hole's and shorten the shackles and maybe trim my middle leaf down

and figure away to get some more steering angle I have some idea's but we will see how it pans out

well got the ball joint flip done and power streering and backed my streering stops all the way got alot of steering angle out of that too wish i took a before and after form that

found out with ball joint flip and full turn in my upper ball joint hits my wheel now so i will have to space it out

now i just have to do the rear by moving my leaf up and making new set of shackles to even it out (I may just leav my middle leaf alone)

    but for now beer time

Well I have some pic's of my fun event kinda sucks to have bad shoulder wail doing this but just take's longer

and I must say having a big pry bars and jack with a 22mill socket
    makes it easier.
The reason for the socket it to jack up the ball joint so it does not jam in the bolts so they can be taken out with you fingers then jack up on lower control arm and use big ass pry bar to dislodge the ball joint.

wail I was there I backed down both my steering stops and adjusted my streeing dampiner

and this is what I got form it (sorry I did not do a before and after) but she turns so sharp now :D

I found the front balancer to be a bit hard to thread in the 4 bolt's so what I do when this happens is I take zip disk and add a slot in the thread part of the bolt.
what this does is provide a place for all the rust scale or dirt to collect when threading in with out woreing about snapping the bolt in the blancer ( act's like a tap)

here is the some pic's of my power steering swap, I may all so add that I had to drill 3 holes in my wheel well to install my power steering rez as well

parts ya need to do the power steering swap is

    2wd steering shaft
4x4 or 2wd power steering bracket and pullie
    2wd only power steering box
2wd or 4wd power steering lines none progressive power steering ones
    2wd or 4x4 blancer pullie
2wd or 4x4 power steering rez

so now all I need is lower my rear end shoudl be pretty easy and drop like 2 inc's and still retain the stock leaf pack and the load it can carry

all post this when I get around to it

Well I got my self set of seat's for pretty dam cheap from mk2 ceilca and well I don't like them so now i just going to swap out my 2nd gen 4runner seats form my wheeler.

and today all my shifters came in

this pic is from the last batch that I had made but it's the same thing

    close up

so now the truck is going to get one too. I am going to flip the upper shifter seat so the shifter will it father back and shift more like a car since the shifter stick wonte be as long and have crazy bend to it like all trucks have witch means I will have to cut the floor.

as you can see all ya have to do is un-bolt upper shift plate and turn it around and unbolt shifter socket and turn it around if all goes well this will be an easy thing to do

here is a shifter one I made for my 4x4 4 runner

well seat's are in and welded in some nuts to the cab so I could bolt in my seat's

a small hint when welding in nut thread a bolt all the way in so the threads don't deform from heat

and the best part of pulling carpet out to clean is the money ya find I found like 12 bucks in change

    Bye bye peg leg

old diff setup up to have it's guts ripped out for it's new hart

New hart shimmed the springs with some washers

any who went to the race track to run a auto cross event to bad I mixed up times and showed up late. still went to watch thou

any who went for run later on with the truck and found on my new found diff is telling me I need a wrap bar to keep the spring from S ing under hard throttle and cornering

double wrap bar with a floater would be nice but the gas tank is in the way just like if I was to run a 4 link, i have some other idea's but there all meh as of now

    any one have any idea's?
