Here is the wiring for the cooling fan... it is wired right... fan stays on after i turn off the ignition... I have to work on that to make sure that it turns off with an alternate switch or something because i don't want to drain my new battery.

Here is a closer up pic:

This is where the negative switch was installed... since it was a bit long i had to get a 3/8" thread elbow from Lowes ( $3.99) to make it work with a little JB Weld
    [IMG]

I also used some sealant that i got from ACE hardware that is especially formulated to work in fuel systems...I used this stuff on my HP VW Motor for my '67 Beetle.

    Here is the VW motor:

I used the ACE sealant on the full flow system of my vw motor:

See the sparkles on my Hilux ?

Tomorrow I will post more updated pics and an itemized list of all the parts and components that I have purchased and the places that i bought them.

Nothing new on EBay is JDM and I am willing to bet that the ones you bought here are not JDM either unless that guy bought them from a Japanese supplier directly from Japan which came off of a used Hilux. JDM = Japanese Direct Market. Yours are more likely USDM because it's not worth importing mirrors from Japan.

You could always just remove the bed and front clip. You'd only have the part where the cab remains left.

Installing a Kenwood radio... not an easy task since the factory cutout is smaller dimensions than the radio actually is. I used a rotary tool stone to grind away but i think i took a little too much... if i hadnt then the slip on radio frame would fit snug but oh well I have reached the point of no return .. the other option is to buy another front dash piece which is what i will probably end up doing so i can get it right the second time... in the meantime i will be using the coin/cup holder panel underneath to hold the weight of the radio.... this was a suggestion that a forum member named Roni "AssYriaNrocKer" made. Unfortunately the coin/cup holder piece doesn't quite fit right on a Mini... it fits better on a 4Runner. Again i reached the point of no return so i have to use it.

You can see the gap on here:

Well here is the finished product... if i had known that the fitment would not be flush on the mini i would not have done it... you live and learn

    I see where i made a mistake !!
I should have removed the dash face panel first and have it installed from the inside... like this it would sit flush behind the dash face panel and there wouldn't be a need to grind away at the dash panel cutout... i feel really dumb now for not having looked at your photo a lot closer... i guess i will need a replacement panel.

Below is taken from Roni's "AssYriaNrocKer" 94 Single Cab thread:
Here is a shot of how the Ford cup holder fit in the 4runner. It takes a little fab-ra-ma-cation but nothing complicated. Fits nice and works well.

Well worth it man .. Took a neglected and wrecked up truck and turned it around into a head turner in a short amount of time . Sure it will give you years of reliable transportation

I had to redo the wiring job for my cooling fan because it was draining my battery
So i got a professional that is truly a pro at this to rewire it.. the trigger comes from the actual ignition under the steering column because using the ignition coil personality plug can cause the personality plug to burn from the hot current running from the fan.. so here is the before and after pics:

    AFTER
