its been a long time since i have posted any updates my computer has been laggin but here is what i have done to my yota so far i painted the 4runner fenders with a rattle can i think they came out preety good i also got a new bed for it drove the truck from chandler all the way to union hills here is the other truck i got the bed from found it on craigslist the guy also threw in some belltech drop shocks for 40 dollars more since i dont got a press i used my trucks cab mount and a jack to get the bushing pressed into the shock
I like the tails. I have a set on both of mine. Best taillights I think. What is the plan for the Craigslist truck? Flip or back up DD?
yea these tailights are the best. i plan on using the other yota as a daily now that this one is gonna start getting bagged
started putting notches on my truck yesterday getting ready for bags had to put the stock taillights on i dint want the leds being held on with zip ties hand made c notch my buddy trevor welding the notch in and shes notched one step closer to having her on the ground pushing pebbles
got the air tank welded in last week its ment to look like the round tube is goin through the air tank
props on the clean looking truck man, rims r lookin good and the tails will definitely tie the rear end together.
next i gotta eliminate the lspv valve i want to cut the brake line right after the gas tank and re flair it from there and attach straight to the diff
you can delete it by connecting the axle line that goes to the T to your supply line, then right under the master cylinder, use a bpv valve from a 84-86 truck... thats where they were on some of these trucks stock. this gets rid of that whole adjustable one. i ended up cutting the arm off earlier this week and all the attachments on the axle. works just fine without it.
went to the junk yard and pickup another valve braket from another toyota pickup i then cut the L valve fitting off the bracket then welded both the L fittings together then after i eliminated the return line i cut the other line reight after the gas tank and rented a flairing kit from autozone to reflair the cut line
Mini is looking good bro. U got specs on how u did the runner lights on stock core? I'm in progress of doing mine but w/o swapping the core support. I got a 90 model yota. LMK
