Here are a few mountain shots from when we went driving today

 

That's a good looking lip for a 2x bumper. I ran the 4x4 bumper and the factory valance that came with it. It's a couple inches wider than the 2x version.

 

Yea I've been thinking about doing the Honda passport or Isuzu rodeo front bumper and lip. Looks like its about double the drop and just as wide as my stock bumper. I've seen a few pickups with it done. Looks good. I just like that mine is metal.

Thanks. I like how it looks for sure. I'd like to go lower but I'll prolly wait until I finish the body work (I.e. 4x4 fenders etc) and until I make the front and rear coilover setup.

 

I'd also like to do a hilux front clip with the twin headlights.

 

I'm pretty excited. Looks like my new lug nuts and blue LED gauge cluster lights came in today. Going to pick them up this afternoon.

 

Took me only 15 min to do this. Didn't take pics but I will when I take it all back apart to wrap the cluster housing .

 

What's the story w the truck in your avatar? I was into yota minis and then got into VW pickups and that pic got me back into yotas... Love it and now I have an '80 yota

 

That was the truck that made me want to build a drift truck. So it is my favorite pic. Found it on drift works. It was posted from another user on there .

 

Tomorrow I'm doing wheel bearings and calipers. Putting in the replacement wheel studs too

 

So can anyone tell me how active this forum actually is? Are there a fair amount of acvite users? Or is this forum dying like the others?
