93 octane

 

lucky lol. only have 91 at the pump here unless i run 100 but at $6/gal ill save that for a race night lol.

 

I tried 100 octane Sunoco fuel about six bucks to had to back my timing down I was pinging bad but once I man so much better so the saying goes 12:1 is gonna be a fuel hungry monster

You can run the 12:5 to 1 with 93 I ran it in my other build for about two years no prob, just retard the timing a little, and when I ran it with NOS I went half and half 93 and E85, E85 is 110-112 octane, thats what I jetted my 50 Mikunis to run straight E85, you need 40 % more fuel inorder to run it and a fuel pump capable of pushing it since its majority alcohol..But all depens on where you are at if it is available if not mix 60/40 race gas and 93 should get you abot 96,98 octane depending on whick gas you use just make sure it;s unleaded..shoots
