    Update...
So ive been at the shop since 8:45 this morning with my dad and this has been the first time working on any part of the truck in like 4 months. So we started making the jig today for the lower control arms.
And thats where we are at, at 3:50 in the afternoon. Lot of measuring, cutting, screwing up and having to re-make a few parts. Should have a few more pictures tommorow night. Took that picture with my iPhone... Anyways, let me know what you think

This is what we are starting with... Im sure your all familiar with them...
    Box of goodies
    [IMG]
Machining the housing for the bushings... DOM tubing.
Drew it up in the computer so we could steal the measurements.
Drilling the holes for the jig.
And this was the "basic idea" picture half way through the making of the jig.
And then when it was all said and done and bolted.

That tubing wasnt really measured, just to mock it up and get an idea of whats gonna be going on. Should be going to the shop to weld some **** up. Let me know what you think.

There you go man, if you can make your own LCR's then screw suicide and Cando. Atleast your crossmember looks good, my 4 link was not good and took about the same amount of time to get it. So yah kinda building all my own stuff from now on. I cant wait to see those LCR's and how they come out. Your shoes look sick too (rims)

So quick update today. Got progress done, we completely finished the jig for the uppers. We used the same "base" for the top as the bottom, just drilled some different holes to put it all in place.

The tie rods with the "ends" i geuss you could call them.

Then we put some of the jig together to get an idea of how everything was fitting.

Then went ahead and bent the first peice of tubing.

    Bent another

Then dad started welding... Im still trying to get better at it. So ill let him do the welds for now.

The first one turned out pretty good. And sometime this week the other should get done.

And i took a picture of the shop in case anyone wondered what we were working with.

The table we were working on was actually behind me. Thats in the factory my dad works in... Inputs, opinions, comments?

    I only see 4 valves

Just hope you have another pair of valves. I'm guessing you plan to only have a front and back air setup. If so, with only those 4 valves, expect to feel alot of swaying when driving.

    Why would it sway?

Because with only 4 valves you have to plumb it so two control the front and two control the back. So air can transfer between right and left bags. It equals a lot body roll. If you were to run eight valves you would run two valves to each corner thus keeping the air from transferring.

    http://qualityairride.com/files/how_to/wire-diagrams/6valve.gif

That is a six valve diagram. See how the rear two bags have nothing to keep the air from moving from the right bag to the left bag?

    http://qualityairride.com/files/how_to/wire-diagrams/8valve.gif

That's an eight valve diagram. See how each bag has it's own set of valves so air can not transfer to any other bag?

    +1

^^^ What he said. It's possible to run with 3 pairs of valves (2 pairs up front and 1 pair tee'd out back. For a couple of bucks more for another switch you can do FBSS with it too.

It also looks like you tried to already connected them. That setup will NOT work. Please refer to skip's diagrams and good luck!

you have to plumb them in pairs basically. you need a lift valve and a dump valve. i'll explain it more when i catch you in chat on bd.org
