Don't worry, I also dream of having projectors in my truck. I think some day I'll just buy a set of TSX headlights, pull the projectors out and retro fit them into some headlight housing lol.

i think im still gonna try them. my head lights are crap right now so any improvement is welcome. and i found them for $100 with the 65000k(i think) HID kit

my tach is messing up for some reason. says im doing 1k above what im actually doing. so im gonna go to pick-n-pull and try to get that gt celica gauge cluster i saw. it looks like it will fit. also gonna replace the guage lights. maybe LED

 

I was looking at hella head lights with the thought of just buying some high end bulbs F..... THAT I'm in noway spending 50+ on bulbs let alone 198 each
I'll get the hella h4's and use the $10 bulbs and like it

 

so, i went to the junkyard and measured thae gt celica guage cluster and its about 4" too narrow . but i did find a dash that i really like. its in a GLI jetta. i wanna say mkIII. my headlights and taillights might have to wait. does anyone know how difficult a dash swap is?

 

havent picked up that dash yet but i think im gonna save it for my 73. first day in a week that the sun has been out so im doing some maintenance on the 84 and pulling out the fenders. taking my before shots today too. the plan is to lower it tomorrow

thanks! got the blocks on today. took longer then i was expecting though. flipped the ball joints and took off the brackets that hold the valence too. playing with the torsions tomorrow. gonna test fit one of my 17's too

 

holy crap! is that a 4x4 truck you are trying to lower?
