Yeah I have already talked with them. And they sound good. Really the only people out there with a set for our trucks. They told me the only issued that sometimes occurs is that sometime you have to shave off a little bit off the spindle to get them to fit. they said just a small amount of grinding if you need to and that is it. But ill for sure give them a try and tell you about it. Ill do a write up and not any issues with them. What are you going to be doing for suspension? I put the QA1's up front and make such an improvement.

If I had the money I would do Coil-overs all the way around but I can make that a project for later down the road.

So Rodney started doing some more work on the truck this weekend and this is the aftermath

We have planed more stuff out and I have a huge list of parts to order but stuff is rolling.

Also joined the NPS motorsports club and have a lot of fun activities that we will be attending for this as well. The plans are to include car shows, track days at Laguna Seca, Drag strip trip, and may other options. Here are some pics of some of the members cars infront of Herman Hall Hotel on the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) This is the base that I am stationed at.

    Getting close!

Also you guys know if there is a difference between the "old" body style 4runner powersteering gearbox and the "new" bodystyle...? The truck currently has a 1989 4runner gearbox but we don't know if there is a difference between how each one mounts. If they mount the same way then what is the difference? Cuz there is a price difference and if they are the "same" then ill go with the less expensive one. Here are the links that I have been looking at.

I'm not sure but they both had 22RE engines... Only thing I can think of is that they are rebuilt units so the older ones are considered cheaper (just because they are old).

So exactly the same just that the older ones are maybe more common, thus cheaper...?

Now remember this just for the fueling. After this still got: bed located radiator, HUGE FMIC, BBK, MapECU3, Roll cage and harnesses. And a dyno day somewhere in the mix there lol.

So the fuel system is finished. We are just waiting to finish up the radiator and FMIC before we test it all out. Seeing about putting the radiator in the front just to make it easier and cost wise. But we will see.

the ****ty thing about you doin a front radiator is youve got the front sump and it shoves that motor so far forward. ive got the rear sump on mine and there still ain't **** for room. Personally i wish i could have set my engine back at least another inch.

Agreed on the front sump. But it is what it is. As long as it stays cold is all that mater to me. The Jeep radiator up front is not cutting it at all. And I really do not care if people can see the FMIC so it will most likely just be sticking out and be the "grill" lol
