Bro... This is exactly what I was waiting to see. I have been trying to figure out how to keep the stock floor on my truck. I knew I had to use 2X3 tube but I did not want to cut a bunch of pieces and weld them back together. I loved the cuts you made on the tube idea! I definitely have to use that. Everything looks great, keep it up! Take lots of pictures!

What did you use to make the cut in the rails? Taxes are coming and I have a tools list started. I will have more questions when you get to the bed. I am assuming you are going to do a raised bed floor or custom bed floor, right? My goal is to try to keep it as stock "looking" as possible. Also, I've noticed that you live in Philly and that your garage isn't drywalled, how do you keep your garage warm? Temperatures here have been below 40 degrees and my garage is the same.

Propane sunflower heaters work great to warm a shop. Keeps my uninsulated shop toasty. Electric space heater works good too if its the radiant dish style.

As for the truck, super dope. Love it.

Thanks, how long does a regular tank last?

Wow that's very impressive work and dedication to get it all done....what I want to know is how you got your engine so decluttered, with so little of the vaccuum lines ect that go everywhere on the stock motor by the intake manifold.
