Those look like 194 bulb size wich is the size the 87 takes not sure about the 92 proably the same tho my 88 I think I used four 194's
Check top dead center with valve cover off confirm number one cylinders valves are all closed .and check the tdc mark on cam gear 12oclock...

If you want yes that can be done just make sure u plug the vacuum line and u can put a vac cap on the unused nipple on the distributer as well...
The one closest to the radiator is the one most use the ( outer one )8 to 16 degrees of advance the inner is about five to eight degrees advance...
Well check to see if the choke plate is operating should be fully open when warm I'm sure your aware of the checking procedures tho
