I believe the sparkplug gad should be printed on a white sticker on the under side of the hood. Or somewhere under the hood.

The blow off valve can be placed anywhere between the Intercooler outlet and the throttle plate. Closer to the throttle plate the better. Any pipe...

Id say the usual... Intake (more free flowing), exhaust same deal. Remove the Cat and put a straight pipe in. Helps to free things up... but if...
