I'd just get a whole new assembled unit.. easier, time/headache saver. Aren't they like $30?

I've only had experience with holley, and easy to setup and it was also 'self tuning' wich made things a lot easier since the customer wasn't savy...
The shift boot is also I very nice touch!
Have you checked with Snugtop? I also want to say Leer makes one for gmc that fits, can't remember correctly if it's for the short s10
