    Check if any of the plugs are fouled... Timing set to 8* without vacuum advance. If there are no vacuum leaks you should be able to tune it using...

    If the engine is still in the truck, take your breaker bar and lay it on the drivers side chassis and bump the starter... If that doesn't work...

    The sleeve is for the crank pulley not the crank itself... I've tried them before... They work if you can get the sleeve on correctly,...
