What brand coil did you get how long has it been in service . . These parts store coils or Chinese/Mexico parts give up quick if your not getting...
Nos can be had at jegs.com or summit.com... I wouldn't go that far yet spraying is a large step up . I'd start with the things mentioned header...
Give it a little adjustment on that side . I wouldn't worry to much on the anligment if it even changes at all it proably would be very mininmal...
