Unless your 4runner doors are from a 1990/91 2 door 4runner (vary rare) I hate to say they won't fit your truck... the 4 door 4runner doors are...
I am pretty sure the door shell is the same... but I think it would be much easier to get another set of doors... Unless you can get a set of used...
