no way DDM is the best, sorry..but it is a decent kit...nothing beats OEM but for aftermarket Morimoto is probably the best..you can get them off...

you have to unplug each injector and pull it through the manifold..just did mine about 5 months ago
what year you talking bout? i know 89-95 does, i just put one in mine..my tach wasnt wired from factory so i just wired it myself

yes you can install projectors, the challenging part will be making or getting clear lenses..So the 4runner bulb is 9004? you can buy a "casper...
