I had the same issue and did a 1piece dash from a 4runner and i think it looks cleaner and easier to find parts.
The interior looks very nice all painted and smoothed out. What is the rear suspension setup? Looks like a 3 link.

I found a box at my local usps that would fit everything. Its a prepay box so looks to be $20 to ship. Hope this helps. Ricky
