    Yeah it's from the side of the main bulb.Like a blue film around it. I dont know if this is HID. How can I tell I thought it was just an LED.

    The main headlight has a blue glow to it and when its hit with sunlight it kinda drowns it out.I'm gonna check it out from another cars view maybe...
