well have you tested the basics, fuel and spark? check if you have spark, if you have that spray some started fluid in teh carb, if it starts you...
your truck rears all cylinders and adjusts fuel acordingly, if its only reading 1 cylinder then its going to get crazy inacurate.... i cant...

no, alts put out 14 at idle, some drop down to 13ish if the battery is fully charged, but even our yotas put out more then 12 at idle. 17 is way...
did it start over charging so you put the alt in, or did you put the alt and regulator in and then it started over charging
