mine looked like that on the W58. granted the Sc300 it came from had some miles.
On my odometer thing, I had to pull out this set of "black fingers" they held the drums in place. Pulled it out and I could easily set it to whatever.
I had clears on my stock tails before. I painted the reflectors but the lens themselves got yellowish :(
