Check timming chain.pop the valve cover and make sure its still there.
Thats sounds like a carb issue .is it a stock carb?
Take a wire pull the fuse with power and wrap one side of the plug and plug it back in smtimes the wire coating gets in the way so peel the wire...
The rides ok you also gotta cut you rear bump stops or they'll be slamming.and depending on how low you drop the front you probably want to remove...
