That hole between intake ports 3 and 4 is a deadend hole.. If you hold your intake to it without a gasket you'll notice it doesn't get covered....

You need the one with pear shaped exhaust ports. Otherwise it has to be machine to the correct thickness. Nobody goes by the casting marks, too...
