    What you see in that pic is yes, a 93 4runner bumper and valance. The grille is 93 4wd. I'm running 4x4 fenders for the tuckage lol

    Well you got a few options. The 4x4 valance changed in 92. Basically added a lil flare lip at the bottom. 89-91 was a gentle slope down. Always...
