well on my truck ('94) the nut is on the top and i think its an 14mm
m12x1.25(someone please confirm) im pretty sure this is the size, one is a nut and the other is a bolt and it is for sure METRIC.

When my 94 did this i replaced the plugs, wires, cap and rotor and the issue went away
