search around on www.streetsourcemag.com there are several threads over there on how to Z a frame. its basically the same concept on all trucks....
you could always buy a newer truck that generation and do a straight axle conversion. might be an easier option

its a bar that runs from the lower control arm to about 1/2way under the length of the door. here is a how-to on this....
for a small lift like maybe around 2" you could crank up the torsion bars and throw a set of blocks in the rear. cost is less than $50
