Stout parts trying to find some plastic headlight surrounds for rk101

okay have play with carby for two days straight ,,,NO LUCK, what would be my options for new carby Alternatively i could by a new carby from here...
every time i go to put needle back on slips of contact spot on flot falls into glass chamber
yep but fuel level right at top....oh carb fuel bowl where and how
oops window already taken off,,,window back on, needle out and cleaned does not look worn started it up & carby fills up to brim again, ,, any...
got it going again but fuel float chamber/glass window is fool to the brim how to i get it back down to white level line on glass window
thanks , new problem stout has been starting regularly once/twice a week...turn it over this morning let it run 10 minutes or so gave it a rev or...
do i use brake fluid for both clutch & brake mastrer cylinders...& what type the good stuff eg dot 3/dot 4
would an original 62 stout weld body/rear body tray fit a 76 stout rk101...
any ideas for a weld body tray i can put on the back of stout if one cannot be sourced through wreckers
SWAP? motor is a dream rattles a little,,,new exhaust & muffler needed

just had a small barny with a mate about fuel for the stout 1976 rk101 he is convinced its unleaded no lead replacement needed i beg to differ...
was just reading some forums about appropriate oil for older style engines...is there a particular oil i should be putting in the stout

so i have started taking of bolts to remove side fenders & front fender / grill , all bolts removed but its not going anywhere notice back...
