ok... anyway i replaced the motor, no luck... i swapped relay... no luck there ether... the relay is in the box by the battery right? what else...

UPDATE - replaced smog pump (scrap yard saved me some serious cash) passed DEQ emission first time through. Good to go for 2 years :)
