probably nothing... Hubcentric rings are intended to relieve the stress on the lug nuts. Since spacers are used, the wheel would be pushed out...
If you're only rubbing on the Zerk fitting then no. Hub centric rings is all you'll need to pay for. Your spacer will only help push the rim out...
