Not sure but I have seen them on old vans. They went on the truck when I bought it though. Salvage yard would be your best bet maybe.

7 are pretty narrow. I would say to go with the 3.5". You should be ok with the 3.5" if you have the 2WD fenders. I have 18X9s with 4X4 fenders...
